What you’ll be doing:

  • Performing pre-planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical, controls, and instrumentation assets
  • Fault-finding and maintaining systems such as electrical circuits, instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, and flow), and control systems
  • Maintaining continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS)
  • Programming the site’s DCS and other PLC systems
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records using the site’s CMMS


What we want from you:

  • Recognised qualification in Electrical or Controls and Instrumentation Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or HNC preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in a heavy process environment like a power station, refinery, or chemical plant
  • Instrumentation bias preferred
  • Significant experience with PLCs, Control Systems, DCS, SCADA, and Instrumentation
