You will be working closely with cross department teams within a fast paced and adaptable creative agency. They deliver global creative work for brand experiences and digital projects, mostly in the tech brand space. You'll be adept and building and growing client relationships for some of the agencies key and long standing accounts. You'll be strategic in your approach with a mind for business development.


Responsibilities


• Working across the portfolio of clients, providing client leadership and support throughout the project process ensuring a sense of team spirit and shared endeavour on every project

• You will build fast trust and value with a client through developing the warm, human relationships the agency is known for. Modelling this internally too, showing mutual respect and a collegiate manner with all team members.

• You're accountable for the commercial success of the account and actively look for opportunities to increase the client’s understanding of the agencies capabilities and extend their service footprint

• You're responsible for conceiving and implementing successful client retention and growth strategies across the portfolio

• You're accountable for the commercial reporting and performance of these key accounts


Must haves


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships

• Know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives

• Work well with strategists to turn client opportunities into inspiring creative briefs

• Be comfortable navigating growth opportunities and discussing the agencies

• Be an engaging and persuasive presenter

• Have a relentless attention to detail ensuring your work and engagement internally and with clients is accurate and professional

• Understand the need for high comms internally and with clients and model this

• You're a natural manager of stakeholders, ensuring you drive decisions in a smart and collaborative manner internally and with clients

• Have experience of people management and how to listen and nurture team members

• Be passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively with the studio and production

• Lastly a strong commercial acumen. Happily across opportunity mining and conversion, revenue forecasting and comfortable working alongside production to manage proposals, budgeting, procurement, and reconciliation.


This is a hugely important role within the agency and will require you to be in office 4 days a week for the first 6 months of employment. Therfore access to the Surrey area is vital.
