Principal Recruitment Consultant

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%)



Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in recruiting for contract positions to work alongside one of our highest achieving consultants in our global business and leverage off our existing relationships. This is an opportunity to join a profitable and established desk, with proven reoccurring contract revenue


The Role:


You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:


  • Candidate identification and interviews
  • Advising and feeding back to candidates
  • Attending client meetings
  • Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
  • Lead generation through relationship building
  • New business development
  • Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for




What we are looking for:


This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for contract positions in a 360 recruitment role. Ideally you will have experience in recruiting for technology & transformation positions, although this is not necessary


  • Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
  • Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally having experience in recruiting for either change & transformation or finance positions
  • Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
  • You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
  • Have excellent communication and level of professionalism



Career Progression and Training:


You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:


  • 121 training with your team and manager
  • In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
  • Online models to bolster your learning
