Newly Qualified / Part Qualified Accountant We are seeking to recruit a recently qualified or part-qualified accountant, for an initial one year period with the potential for permanent appointment thereafter, to be located in our Belfast office. Main Duties/ Responsibilities The successful candidate will be part of a team which provides services primarily to clients in the small and medium sized enterprise sector across a broad range of commercial sectors and will include not for profit organisations. The role will involve involvement with the statutory accounting and audit services provided by the firm to small and medium sized single companies and corporate groups. There will also be involvement with VAT, income tax and corporation tax compliance services. Essential Criteria ACA or ACCA (qualified or part-qualified) Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Likely to be suitable for someone seeking training support to complete their professional exams or a recently qualified accountant who is seeking to broaden their experience of statutory accounts production, audit work in the context of SMEs and charities, and tax compliance services.
