Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Entry of timesheet data into company payroll system.
- Setup of new contractors and relevant cost centre coding.
- Prepare and raise payments to employees and employment intermediaries.
- Supplying payment advice to employment intermediaries.
- Processing employee expenses.
- Processing client invoices.
- Maintaining supplier records.
- Resolving queries in relation to timesheets/payments.
Performance Standards:
- Ensures full compliance with all relevant processes and procedures.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to manage stakeholders and understand their requirements.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively – written and email.
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.

- Able to produce and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, scheduling and reporting.

Pre-requisite Experience, Qualifications, Training & Education
- Experience in the same or similar role is required
- Industry experience is ideal but not essential
