We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive outcomes, responsible for delivering top-tier service maintenance and repair work. This role is critical in ensuring a responsive and effective solution for both our existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operational leadership within a field force-based business environment, with experience in customer service and contact centres.
- Lead and manage the field operations team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Ensure a responsive solution for customers, addressing both current and future demands.
- Collaborate with external providers to identify booking and service opportunities.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and shape the operational business.
- Build and mentor the team, fostering colleague growth and retention.
- Manage daily trading KPIs and customer metrics, ensuring accountability for operational outcomes.
- Adapt contact and customer solutions to drive efficiency and meet business growth demands.
Along with a strong commercial and operational skill set, you’ll have:
- Experience in implementing automation solutions to improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
