THE ROLE

As an Audience Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Looking at long form analysis with SQL and Python - working on campaigns, running A/B tests, understanding retention/churn/loyalty/lifetime value
  • Oversee and report on the performance of the company's membership scheme
  • Taking a specialist lead on targeted data challenges including the improvement of data collection & capture, the storage and and visualisation.
  • Provide analytical support to campaign managers in developing campaigns - reaching new audiences and retaining existing ones.
  • Manage a Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to write code in SQL and Python is a must
  • Experience in advanced analytics
  • Experience in database management and building dashboards
  • Previous management experience
