What you`ll be doing

As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you`ll play a vital role in ensuring that all applications within your area are managed and maintained. This will include supporting incident response to ensure all incidents are handled appropriately and provide application related end-user support in reply.

Within this role, you`ll also have to prioritise tasks in order to ensure incidents are correctly manages and SLA`s are met. You`ll plat a key part in delivering updates and enhancements via our Change Management process and answering any "how to" technical and application related configuration questions.
