We are seeking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Executive to support the growing business in our dynamic and fast-paced Cambridge office.
The successful candidate will provide support to the sales team and work with the entire team to meet the business goals efficiently and meanwhile maintain a high-level customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Assist in organising, planning, and implementing business negotiation.
· Help to plan and execute procurement/sales process.
· Prepare contract documentation.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly focusing on high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and influencers in the UK, China, and the Far East.
· Assist in establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with prospective and existing clients. while actively seeking to expand the client base.
· Initiate payment process for procurement and sales transactions.
· Study and gather the market intelligence and help with market analysis.
· Assist in managing the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of the company's brand image and offerings.
· Manage the company's accounts on Chinese social media platforms such as Douyin (TikTok) and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), creating and curating content to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the Chinese market.
· Other support work in sales.
Requirements
- Extensive Chinese clientele and strong connections with Chinese institutions and individuals Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to identify and understand client needs, with strong skills in proposing and tailoring solutions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to details and precision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be motivated and self-driven
- Demonstrate team spirit and the ability of collaboration with different teams
- Fluent in English and Chinese, clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
