The opportunity.
We are looking for driven and ambitious recent graduates to join our rapidly scaling business as Associate Consultants and kick-start their careers within recruitment. In this trainee role, you will get the opportunity to work with our market-leading clients within financial services and legal services, connecting them with top-tier talent across technology, transformation, and innovation - shaping and building the future.
In this role, there is no "typical day". You can expect to be identifying and engaging with elite talent, researching and mapping out core market areas to help identify prospective candidates and clients, building relationships with relevant candidates and assessing their fit for our clients. You will learn to build and manage relationships, expand your network and deepen your knowledge as you work towards becoming a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, and eager to achieve and exceed targets, where your dedication and hard work will directly impact your success and reward potential.
You will have a unique chance to broaden your knowledge and skill set through our collaborative environment focused on learning and development. For example, most will see their first promotion within nine months and top performers average at least one promotion a year after that.

The ideal person.
- A university degree with a 2:1 or equivalent, with demonstrable extra-curricular achievement.
- Natural curiosity and the ability to gather information through effective communication.
- A proactive, positive attitude with resilience, a strong work ethic and the hunger to succeed.
- Confidence to communicate professionally, both over the phone and in person.
- Ambitious, with a competitive edge and a drive to become the best.
- Process-driven with attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring high standards of excellence in your work.
- The ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- An interest in any of our core markets or functional areas is desirable, but not essential.
We are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, or commercial experience related to financial services or legal services.
We offer.
£28,500 starting salary & an outstanding bonus scheme
25 days annual leave (rising to 30 with service) plus bank holidays.
Hybrid working with 2 days from home and early finish Fridays.
