About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our Product Engineering Squad. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to achieve our strategic product goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, convert them into technical specifications, and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Salesforce. Architect scalable, efficient solutions that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead development efforts by writing clean, maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools. Ensure all solutions meet functional requirements, are rigorously tested, and comply with coding standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform and related products. Perform debugging, optimization, and performance tuning to enhance the user experience and ensure platform stability.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and coding standards to support team development and foster a collaborative learning environment.


About You:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, with a focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in developing scalable Salesforce solutions and maintaining the overall health of the Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
