Currently they are in search of a confident, client-facing Associate with extensive experience in the design and construction of architecture, interior design, and FF&E for high-end residential or hospitality projects.
This team leads architecture and luxury interior design projects worldwide, embracing the unique character of each one. They believe that homes should be more than just functional spaces; they should be warm, inviting environments crafted with genuine love.
As an Associate, you will take ownership of high-end private client and developer led residential projects in the UK and abroad. You will be responsible for producing high-quality design deliverables at all project stages. Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating, and guiding teams as required. Your role involves delivering projects on time and within budget, while protecting client interests and managing their expectations effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a collaborative, creative and resourceful team, and will demonstrate strong project running skills.
This studio is situated in the prestigious Chelsea neighbourhood, renowned for its top-tier restaurants and one of London’s most affluent and fashionable neighbourhoods. Just a short stroll to King’s Road, you’ll encounter a dynamic blend of trendy boutiques, unique labels, designer shops, and high-street favourites. The area is also a treasure trove of inspiration, with standout attractions like Peter Jones, Anthropologie, and The Furniture Cave antique shop all vying for attention.
In this outstanding role you will be working across multi-unit developments as well as private residential projects to deliver best in class projects around the world. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, along with 25 days of annual leave.
This opportunity will be ideal for a Senior Designer ready to take the step up to Associate level.
