Position Overview:

As an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the deal execution process, from opportunity identification to due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to the success of the firm's investment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Develop detailed financial models and contribute to negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Actively monitor portfolio companies, participating in value creation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling tools and Microsoft Excel.
