What will you be doing?

As a Mechanical Equipment Engineer, you will join Bristolteam to support our activities within the Energy sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Design, analyse, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment, such as valves, pressure vessels, HVAC systems, and pumps.
  • Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and risk assessments to support the selection, sizing, and specification of mechanical components and systems.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation in adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Highly skilled Mechanical Equipment Engineer with expertise in valves pressure vessels, HVAC, or pumps, specifically within the Energy sector.
  • Engineerwho is knowledgeable about industry codes and standards governing mechanical equipment in the energy sector, such as API, ASME, ANSI, and HVAC codes.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in mechanical engineering within the Energy sector, with a focus on equipment'ssuch as valves, pressure vessels, HVAC, pumps and so on.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, HYSYS).
