Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the performance and functionality of our website, primarily using tools such as Google Marketing Platform and Drupal.


In addition to driving initiatives forward independently, you will collaborate closely with the team, particularly the Content Manager and SDR. You will also work closely with sales, product, and other departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization's business operations.


To be successful in this role, you should have a post-secondary education from college/university and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in both paid and organic marketing, marketing metrics, and A/B testing is essential, as is mastery of tools such as the Google Marketing Platform, CMS, and Marketing automation systems. Experience in lead generation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle large amounts of information are also required.


While experience in the software industry or at a SaaS company is advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who can see the bigger picture, prioritise effectively, and maintain a flexible approach, and who enjoy working in a role that combines independent work with teamwork in a dynamic environment.


Role Summary

The role of Campaigns & Content Marketing mainly includes three parts: campaign execution, increasing conversion and managing the marketing funnel. Through data-driven insights, the role will be to increase traffic and conversion to reach set goals.


Key Responsibilities

Opportunity to oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing for potential customers, including budgeting, planning, implementation, optimization, and campaign follow-up.

Responsibilities include driving integrated digital campaigns across multi-channels including but not limited to paid media, SEA and email nurtures.

Cross collaboration with Content Marketing, Business Development, SEO and Sales teams ensuring there is a feedback loop to stay in line with KPIs.

Key focus on ensuring website performance and functionality, primarily using Google Marketing Platform and Drupal.

High level of accountability to drive initiatives forward, while collaborating closely with stakeholders of the business.

Close cooperation with sales, product, and other departments, offering a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business operations.

Confidence to present in meetings with peers and leadership to articulate results from campaigns.


Qualifications

Post-secondary education from college/university.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proficient in both paid and organic marketing, marketing metrics, and A/B testing.

Mastery of tools such as the Google Marketing Platform, CMS, and Marketing automation systems.

Experience in lead generation, including capture, nurture, and qualification.
