Key responsibilities include:

  • global brand registrations, renewals, and trademark infringement investigations
  • of documents such as Power of Attorney and Certificates of Free Sale
  • with the Technical department for formulation and brand registrations
  • customer and supplier contracts, T&Cs, and exclusivity agreements
  • of Employment Legislation is ideal, with the ability to support HR with new employee legislation and HR issues


Essential experience in brand registrations, trademark infringement, and legal documentation management is required.
