We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, a strong network within the industry, and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future reference.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer stage.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights to clients and candidates.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a specialized recruitment agency.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
- Skills:
- Fluent in one of the following lanaguages: Chinese, German or French.
- Fluent in english is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
