About the Role: As the Guest Relation Manager at our restaurant in London, you will be the heart and soul of guest experiences, ensuring every visit is unforgettable. By collaborating with different departments and adding your special flair, you’ll create a welcoming and fun atmosphere that makes guests eager to return.


Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Guest Relation Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
