About the Role: As the Guest Relation Manager at our restaurant in London, you will be the heart and soul of guest experiences, ensuring every visit is unforgettable. You’ll greet guests with a warm smile, tackle any issues with a positive attitude, and make sure every need is met with a personal touch. By collaborating with different departments and adding your special flair, you’ll create a welcoming and fun atmosphere that makes guests eager to return.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Warmly welcome and greet all guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Manage reservations and guest seating to optimize the dining experience.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Guest Relation Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
