Summary :


As an Infrastructure Services Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the infrastructure solutions including M365 collaboration services. You will work closely with the IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment, integration, and scalability of the infrastructure services across the enterprise. You will also provide technical guidance, best practices, and governance for the infrastructure services team and the project delivery teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop and maintain enterprise infrastructure and workplace collaboration solutions that meet the client's business and technical objectives, as well as the company's quality, security, and compliance standards.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet the business requirements, performance, security, and compliance objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of the solution delivery, including the planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and transition to operations.
  • Lead and facilitate the infrastructure architecture review and governance processes and ensure adherence to the enterprise architecture framework and policies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the project team members and ensure that the solution adheres to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them as appropriate.
  • Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance the infrastructure services capabilities and value.
  • Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure that the solution meets the client's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance the infrastructure services portfolio and capabilities.
  • Mentor and coach the infrastructure services team and the project delivery teams on the infrastructure architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Manage and resolve complex infrastructure issues and risks and escalate as appropriate.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions for large-scale, complex, and distributed enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various infrastructure domains, such as Hybrid Cloud environments, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, security, and automation.
  • Proficient in using various infrastructure technologies, platforms, and tools, such as AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, M365, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing client and project needs.
  • Certifications in relevant infrastructure technologies or methodologies are preferred, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, etc.
