About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Central London. This role is pivotal in driving our trade marketing efforts within the food / FMCG sector. If you have a deep understanding of trade marketing strategies and a proven track record in training retail stores to upsell products and implement incentive programs, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies tailored to the food/FMCG sector.

- Lead the planning and implementation of in-store training programs to enhance product upselling.

- Design and roll out incentive programs that drive sales and increase brand presence.

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with broader business goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize trade marketing initiatives.

- Manage relationships with key retail partners to ensure effective execution of trade marketing campaigns.


Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Trade Marketing Manager role within the food or FMCG sector ideally brand side.

- Strong expertise in training retail staff on upselling techniques and implementing incentive programs.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
