Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Company: Healthtech

Location: Remote in the UK

Salary: Up to £110k + Bonus & Shares


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GCP (ideally) or AWS, with a deep understanding of DevSecOps tools (such as Snyk, AquaSecurity, and Fortify) and Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform.


AWS certifications are a significant bonus, alongside experience in security-conscious sectors. Fintech, Healthcare, SaaS, etc.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable Kubernetes cluster.

- Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and services on the cluster.

- Monitor and troubleshoot the cluster and its applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure applications are designed for scalability and high availability.

- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


Qualifications:


- Six years experience in a similar DevOps or Platform position

- Expertise in Kubernetes, especially in production environments

- Experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Google BeyondCorp).

- Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC concepts and operating policies.

- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Prometheus, ELK

- CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
