The role will cover all areas – from shopping queries, product & design advice, and any after-sales queries – so it is fundamental that the person in the role is interested in the luxury interiors and gifting market and is confident in both sales and service. The position will work as part of Client team, reporting into our Client Manager and will handle queries from customers across all of our channels – phone, email, chat, whatsapp, SMS and social.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a best-in-class and luxury standard of service across all touch-points
  • Resolve customer issues using problem-solving and customer support skills
  • Multi-task to support queries across all channels and customer groups
  • Collaborate daily with different departments (logistics, buying & merchandising,
  • marketing) in order to effectively answer customers queries
  • Be an expert on product, being able to confidently recommend products to
  • customers based on their briefs/style – as well as answer any product-specific
  • queries
  • Create relationships with repeat customers, driving retention and maximising sales


  • The Candidate
  • Excellent communication skills – across both written and verbal language
  • Obsessed with customer service and delivering a first-class experience
  • 2+ years of luxury e-commerce or retail experience across both sales and post-
  • purchase– with fashion or design experience preferred
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Multi-language is desirable
  • Computer literate - experience in a customer service/ticket platform preferred
  • Experience working on some or all of the following service channels: email, phone,
  • whatsapp, SMS, social media
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, excited to join an early-stage project
  • and ready to take it from start-up to scale-up
