Job Description

As part of the Port operations team, you will play a key role in helping shape our business in London. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help oversee our day to day operations in central London. This will involve the following:

  • Live monitoring of our service. This will involve working with our in-house apps to identify and coordinate the retrieval of bikes and other logistical needs. Communication with drivers and other third party companies will be needed;
  • Quality checks of our e-hubs. Visiting our e-hub locations to make sure issues are identified and resolved, and processes are being followed;
  • Rider engagement and training. Gathering feedback from our customers, training riders on rental process and e-hub rental rules.


Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

  1. Live monitoring + communication with 3PL drivers on set days
  2. Collecting missing vehicles between pick up windows (if needed)
  3. QA check in e-hubs, rubbish management including bin placement: (a) Before and after pictures posted in a dedicated slack channel for each hub; (b) E-hubs will be divided into Sectors. One sector visited per day
  4. Rider feedback + onboarding sessions: (a) Spend 1-2 hours in one hub per day. Complete rider surveys
  5. Support new hub launches
