Job responsibilities

1.Responsible for overseas local office site selection, decoration and business information registration, registration, change, annual inspection and other procedures.

2.Organise the development of overseas local office to adapt to the rules and regulations of personnel administration and workflow and supervision, inspection system supervision and implementation.

3. Responsible for the procurement and management of office equipment, stationery supplies and labour insurance supplies in the local office. Responsible for the formulation of quarterly/annual administrative budget, reasonable control of administrative funds.

4. Responsible for the important external affairs of the company.

5. Support on ad-hoc projects.


Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in administration, psychology, law and other related majors.

2.More than 3 years experience in office co-ordination and people management, with office management experience in a multinational enterprise or retail industry is preferred.

3.Familiar with related laws and policies of London, Europe or America, work with Chinese HQ to formulate localization policies.

4.With strong adaptability, flexibility, cross-departmental or cross-country coordination and communication skills, as well as independent learning ability.

5.Proficient in English and Mandarin.

6.Must be eligible to work in the UK.

7.Physical location in London.


Salary

GBP 2,500 - GBP 3,000 per month
