3Search is a specialist recruitment agency focused on recruiting in the digital space. We cover both permanent and contract roles across Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, UX, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing & Communications, CRM, Analytics, Product, Project Management, and much more.

You’ll be working alongside a hands-on executive team with extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment businesses, they will be on hand for coaching and mentoring to support your development.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets
  • You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have experience mentoring colleagues
