About You:

  • Experience: You will ideally have 2+ years of experience in either recruitment sales or sales.
  • Whilst a degree is great, your passion for sales and willingness to learn matter most.
  • You're a people person. Building relationships is your thing, and you can chat with just about anyone. You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Super organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Great We need someone who can juggle their workload without dropping the ball.
  • You're all about results. Meeting targets gets you excited, and you love smashing goals.


What You'll Do:

As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you'll be learning the ropes from our seasoned team. Think of it as your crash course in sales recruitment You'll help us find exceptional candidates, chat with them, and make sure they're a great fit for our clients. Plus, you'll get to brainstorm ideas with the team and keep an eye on what's happening in the recruitment market.


As a Recruitment Consultant your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business development of new and existing clients across industry verticals through meetings, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Source high calibre candidates and contractors on behalf of clients, arranging interviews, delivering offers, and managing relationships through the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Creating content and job posts to attract passive candidates on various channels
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
  • Meeting with both candidates and clients on a regular basis
  • To meet or exceed all individual KPI activity levels
