My client is a leading provider of high end build to rent accommodation across the UK. Their national portfolio holds almost 20 assets, on top of that, there are a number of new opening this coming year.


With the current portfolio in mind, along with the projected growth, my client is looking for a Head of Operations to join the team.


The Head of Operations will be responsible for the assets based in the Midlands and North of the UK. The key focus of the role is to ensure operational excellence across all assets, mentor and develop the corresponding team, and lead on the mobilisation and on-boarding of new assets.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading player in the BTR sector with huge growth potential.


What's on offer

  • Circa £90,000 salary (DOE)

To be considered for this position

  • At least 7 years experience delivering operations within one of the residential living sectors
  • At least 2 years experience overseeing a portfolio of multiple assets
