Leading Asset Management firm is looking to add a Market Opening Analyst to their Client Onboarding team.

As a Market Opening Analyst, you will take responsibility for the co-ordination of global market

openings, including the completion of documentation for new market openings.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete the end to end market opening process including but not limited to completing and arranging execution of documentation, implementation of FX standing instructions and market broker onboarding
  • Liaise internally with teams including Legal, Risk, Investments, Investment Operations,
  • Compliance, Company Secretarial, Product and any other relevant parties
  • Ensure accounts are open for trading with counterparties and any documentation requirements are satisfied
  • Liaise externally and maintain strong relationships with Global Custodians, Trustees/Depositaries and Counterparties
  • Attend regular internal meetings and focus groups to report on market opening progress and ensure future market requirements are proactively anticipated and scoped


You should consider applying if you have:

  • Experience of working within the financial services industry either within a market opening function, transitions/onboarding team, or a business change team
  • An understanding of Global Custodian services
  • An understanding of broker relationships
  • Working knowledge of financial services, ideally with funds and or similar product knowledge
