FP&A Manager


Are you a commercially minded finance professional seeking a new opportunity in a fast paced and growing Consumer Goods business?


Do you have extensive knowledge of e-commerce and experience of using AI in an FP&A setting?


Are you a qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) who is proficient in financial due diligence and financial modelling?


MacGregor Black is currently partnered with a consumer health & wellness brand who are on the search for an FP&A Manager. This is a full-time position based in Kent.


As the FP&A Manager, you will work closely with the board and support the global growth of the business. In this role, you will report directly into the CEO and play a critical role in financial performance analysis and support strategic decision making.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform monthly analyses and create presentations to report findings to management, utilizing large datasets of operational and financial information.
  • Develop financial forecasting models for business planning and strategic projects, collaborating with relevant budget planners.
  • Assist the finance team in the preparation, maintenance, and review of various monthly management information/reports.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance the controls and quality of operational and financial reports.
  • Participate in project management and the preparation of reports for external stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of Board-related strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.


What are we looking for?


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
  • Proficiency in building financial models and handling large volumes of data.
  • Understand and implement AI into the businesses FP&A processes
  • Strong leadership and management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and consumer health in an international context is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to gather work requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Experience in working with and managing offshore teams.
