Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency). Finance sector experience would be a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals
  • Previous experience in handling various platforms and tasks i.e. Google Adwords, SEO, social media, content writing, storytelling, media buy, data analysis and reporting
  • Comfort with data, numbers, and trend analysis as well as optimisation and A/B testing
  • Efficient, highly productive multi-tasker; self-motivated and flexible; thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • A collaborative attitude, and be both action and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in offline marketing i.e. event management, media and sponsorship arrangements, budget management
  • Highly computer literate and tech-savvy.
  • Able to travel to lead and oversee events, trade shows and other marketing activities in various locations.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director to execute day-to-day marketing tasks and projects
  • Set specific brand objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Help create best practice processes for all digital and offline marketing channels including planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals
  • Help define the brand's positioning, values, and personality.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all platforms, maintain and evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Create detailed event timelines and project plans, coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead on-site event management, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, packaging, and other brand assets
  • Manage communication channels, including social media, public relations, and traditional media
  • Build relationships with influencers, journalists, media outlets, external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
