A well-regarded law firm in Southampton a seeking an experienced immigration Lawyer to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level corporate immigration support within a collaborative and client-focused team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Offering expert corporate immigration advice on a variety of business immigration issues to UK and international clients.
  • Overseeing day-to-day immigration tasks such as right-to-work compliance, business visitor visas, sponsor license applications, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting team members by offering supervision and insights on routine immigration cases.
  • Conducting engaging client training sessions and represent the firm at relevant events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of post-qualified experience as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Proficiency in corporate immigration law.
  • Extensive experience managing an immigration caseload within a well-established regional or city firm.
