Position Overview: As a Senior Director / Partner, you will be a key figure in shaping the future of our SAP Analytics and MDG practice. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP technologies, data governance, and the ability to drive business growth through excellence in service delivery. You will work closely with C-suite executives, lead high-impact projects, and contribute to the firm's overall strategy and success.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the SAP Analytics and MDG practice.
  • Drive business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep the practice at the forefront of the industry.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to SAP Analytics and MDG.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Lead major client engagements, providing strategic guidance and expertise.

Practice Development:

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants and data specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the practice.
  • Ensure the development and dissemination of best practices, methodologies, and thought leadership.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Optimize operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Thought Leadership:

  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and events.
  • Publish articles, white papers, and case studies to showcase the firm’s expertise in SAP Analytics and MDG.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the practice's capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on SAP Analytics and Master Data Governance.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics, SAP MDG, and related technologies.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex, multi-million dollar projects.
  • Client Management: Exceptional client-facing skills with experience working with C-suite executives.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
