Kitchen Porter – Clayton Hotel Cambridge
Dalata Hotel Group are seeking a Kitchen Porter for an exciting opportunity within the Clayton Hotel Cambridge to work on a causual contract.
Clayton Hotel Cambridge is a 4* Deluxe hotel, situated in the heart of Cambridge, just a 1 minute walk from the train station and a 10 miniute walk into the city centre. with 160 bedrooms, a extensive resturant and 4 meeting rooms Clayton Hotel Cambridge has a lot to offer an aspiring Kitchen Porter.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
- Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen.
- Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
