Client – Partnered with a leading Professional Services and Consulting employer.

Role – This is a great opportunity for individuals with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) experince to join a growing business who have recently won mutiple UKG Pro Workforce Management related HRIS transformation programmes. We are looking for individuals with UKG Pro Workforce Management experience ranging from Super User/Administrator, Consultants and Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and implementation of Kronos Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Employee Self Service.
  • Build of complicated Pay rules.
  • Creation of Schedule Patterns.
  • Build of Accruals (Entitlement).

Key Skills:
  • Demonstarted project experiences with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and/or UKG Ready Workforce Management Central.
  • Considering individuals with experiences as Super Users/Administrators, Consultants and Solution Architects.
  • UKG Timekeeper or other UKG module certifications are a bonus.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) is a must.

Salary – Dependent on experience.

Location – Hybrid, Remote with occasional UK&I travels
