We are recruiting for an Assembly Line Worker for our client based in Bassingbourn. They are a leading global manufacturer and are looking for a hard-working, hands on individual to join their team.

Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
