As the Head of Product Delivery at Avanti Studios, you will play a critical role in shaping our live dealer and casino offerings. You will be responsible for guiding products from ideation through to market launch, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This role requires a dynamic leader who can wear multiple hats, from setting strategic direction to managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of live dealer and casino products, from concept through to market launch.
- Set long-term, short-term, and daily work priorities for cross-functional teams including developers, designers, artists, and quality assurance personnel.
- Define and communicate the product vision, creating detailed written specifications and ensuring all functional requirements for new products and features are meticulously defined.
- Collaborate closely with the Development, Studio, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless delivery of live dealer products.
- Drive the ideation process, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and refine game concepts, player features, and functionality roadmaps.
- Manage and mentor product teams, including product owners, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Analyze product performance and market trends, using insights to inform product development and enhance player experiences.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in live casino product management or a similar role within the online iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering live dealer products from concept to market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing cross-functional product teams.
- Expertise in creating and managing product roadmaps, with a focus on player experience and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the online iGaming market, with a particular focus on live dealer and table games.
- Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and artists to deliver high-quality iGaming products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued.
