The Assistant Design Manager Role:

  • Assist in managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between design and construction teams to resolve design-related issues.
  • Monitor design progress and manage design changes to minimize project delays and cost overruns.


The Successful Design Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in a design management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
  • Full UK Driving License


Salary dependant on experience: up to £50,000.00 p/a + car allowance
