Role overview:

As a Senior Content Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in creating a mixture of content for our wide range of clients. Whether it’s fashion, real estate or technical content, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our Marketing Strategists to brainstorm killer ideas and make them come to life.

This position is perfect for those with a content writing, journalism or copywriting background — ideally with agency experience and exposure to a CMS, such as HubSpot. Above all, you’re someone who oozes creativity, really looks to push boundaries and is hungry to take their skills to new heights as part of a tight-knit creative team.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Write and edit content, such as website copy, blogs, emails, and workflows, premium content pieces such as eBooks and infographics, landing pages and more.
  • Suggest creative ideas during team brainstorms that align with other channels, such as paid media and social media.
  • Speak to clients when needed to plan for website projects or receive expert insights for inbound content marketing retainer work.
  • Confidently dive into content strategy by helping develop unique tone of voice guides for clients, along with conducting in-depth and valuable content audits.
  • Regularly A/B test emails, landing pages and maintain good email health in client HubSpot portals.
  • Analyse and report on monthly and quarterly results; diving into the why, highlighting improvements and recommendations, sharing them with the client and implementing data-backed changes into future campaigns.
  • Comfortable regularly delivering content to fixed deadlines and managing your own time to do so.
  • Be comfortable sharing and receiving feedback from colleagues and clients.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning to constantly enhance your digital marketing prowess.



Essential skills and qualifications:


  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in creating a range of content, including website copy.
  • Fluent in English with stellar communication skills (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or German competency is also a huge bonus)
  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing, primarily from a content marketing perspective.
  • Highly organised, creative, detail-oriented and capable of working independently alongside a team.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prior agency experience is preferable.
  • Can proactively identify process improvements.
