Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain accurate financial records by performing data entry
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Resolve discrepancies in bank statements
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure accurate financial information
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong comprehension of accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Additional Information:
- This job description is not all-inclusive, and the employee may be required to perform other related duties.
- Benefits include a company pension, flexitime, free parking, on-site parking, private dental insurance, and private medical insurance.
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday.
- Additional supplemental pay types include performance bonuses.
