POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of devices through the configuration process. The Fulfillment Specialist's owns the Fulfillment process from beginning to end. This role includes regular monitoring of the current Fulfillment workload and the subsequent configuration work to the FST Team in the Portland office. Prompt processing and configuration of devices is essential.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of new devices
  • Quality Checks (QC) on new devices
  • Manages the flow of devices through the configuration process
  • The Configurations Lead is the primary point of contact for all technical revisions to the configuration process
  • Supports the wider Fulfillment team with configurations
  • Distribution of configuration workload to the Fulfillment team
  • Manages and maintains configuration documentation on an ongoing basis
  • Tasks outside of your typical responsibilities when needed
  • Oversight of RMA processes and tasks


Ideally you will have:

  • Exception verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Creative problem solver
  • Able to learn quickly, multi-task, and manage your time efficiently
  • Experience with CRM software, Ideally Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Office Suites
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience is a major
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
