You would be working through KS3, KS4 and KS5 providing support in and out of the classroom to children of all ages and abilities. Any previous experience with SEN/SEMH needs is good - this role involves leading 1:1 and small group support in Maths, English, Science and more.

This is the perfect role for anyone seeking further school-based experience and looking to pursue a career working with children.

Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant Job Description

  • Working in a Secondary School centred around providing exceptional learning for all
  • Providing support to teachers and pupils

Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant Specification

  • £105 - £110 daily rate
  • Full-Time, Long-Term role
  • Term-Time only

The Ideal Unqualified Behaviour Support Assistant

  • A graduate with strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1
  • Experience working with young people in a school-based environment
  • A good understanding and experience of SEN/SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
