Excellent Sous Chef opportunity with busy Country Inn with Rooms

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Cirencester in Gloucestershire for a Chef to work in their busy Country Inn with rooms. As part of a creative kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard. The role is 45 hours per week and has a package worth £45k.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
  • Deputising for Head Chef


The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members
  • Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen
  • Good attention to detail
