Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and voice representing our utilities client. Your mission is to provide top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. This is a 5-days-a-week contract role, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service every day.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Process customer requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


This is a 6 month contract role for our client who are an excellent employer, with a great reputation in the utilities space
