We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Manchester

As part of the CSG team, you will benefit from flexible working, benefits based around family, well-being and a competitive package. As well as an uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process for senior vacancies on a global scale
  • Attract the best talent on the market for your clients
  • Proactively grow and develop your desk through business development
  • Recognise and follow up on leads and opportunities within your market

About You:

  • You will have previously worked within a 360 Recruitment role.
  • Experience in building long-term client and candidate relationships.
  • A positive and motivated attitude
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Eager to progress within your role at CSG.
