Job Purpose


Salix has experienced significant growth, leading to the creation of this new role to support the People team. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst with experience in HR & Payroll functions. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the Salix HR system, provides data analysis and reporting, and supports internal and external stakeholders with high-quality insights. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under conflicting deadlines, and proficiency in managing complex data are essential.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the HR system/database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Automate and improve HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Lead system improvements, data cleaning, and new functionality integration.
  • Create user guides and train HR team members to enhance system proficiency.
  • Design and maintain KPI/MI reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Collaborate on HR system migrations, payroll data reconciliation, and HR projects.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including new starter processes, benefits, and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Assist with salary reviews, performance bonus processes, and workforce modeling.
