Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting user research, including usability tests and interviews.
  • Analysing data and creating reports to share your insights.
  • Leading usability testing and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align the research with business/client goals.
  • Staying updated on UX trends and contributing to thought leadership.


Ideal Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HCI, Psychology, UX, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of UX research experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
  • Proficient in user research methods and tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



Day rate: £300 (inside IR35)

Duration: 2nd Sept – 20th Dec

Remote working: You'll need to be flexible and within easy reach of central London, whether you're on-site depends on the research required
