Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and provide financial guidance to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Finance Director or similar senior finance role.
- Previous experience in a private-equity backed business is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in financial reporting, management accounting, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to support M&A activities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Degree in accountancy, economics, business or a related field.
