We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and driving the company's financial strategy.


Duties:


-Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the Founder and other key executive team members

-Build financial models, analysing and preparing financial statements, reconciling income and expenses for the Group

-Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy

-Define on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

-Present the financial results to the Board and discuss strategic plans

-Provide leadership and direction for the finance team (4 people)


Experience:


- Degree in Finance or Accounting

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role, in retail

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles

-Fluent in French (this is mandatory)
