Maintenance Engineer

WB Employment are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy production facility at our clients centrally located Bristol premises to provide effective maintenance, repair & servicing of plant & equipment.


In this role you will be assisting the existing Maintenance team in:

  • Attending mechanical, electrical, plant & equipment breakdowns.
  • Carrying out safety tests as required.
  • Undertaking a program of planned preventative maintenance.
  • Locking & unlocking the premises on a rota basis.
  • Carrying out day to day repairs and fault finding.
  • Liaise with contractors, comply with the current Health & Safety regulations and Company policies.

Preferred Experience & Education:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of maintenance and fault finding within a production environment.
  • Experience with food industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience with electrical systems an advantage.
  • Certified qualification in Electrical Fault finding preferred.
  • Certified Engineering qualifications preferred.

This role offers a range of benefits including:

  • Salary. £32,000 to £36,000 - depending on experience
