We’re looking for an outstanding IT Support Technician who combines technical knowledge and experience specifically in the Cloud and Google Workspace. We are also looking for an individual with a demonstrable ability to prioritise and get things done quickly and effectively. This role is to support the technology for our users. The role is full-time and will require the successful candidate to be a self-starter and motivated to help us deliver an effective IT support service.

Responsibilities


As a member of the IT Support and Operations team, you will play a key role in the delivery of technical support for the business and the user, whilst delivering user satisfaction and personalised service.


This position requires troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical skills using various diagnostic tools. The work will include:


  • Responding to incidents and service requests that have been logged by our users, providing the optimum user experience by meeting or exceeding contractual SLAs and KPIs and proactively identifying process improvement opportunities within the department.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and troubleshooting software packages for new software deployments, software removals and software updates.
  • Maintaining our IT network, ensuring connectivity for users and pinpointing any bottlenecks.
  • Work on Internal IT Projects as a technical support, to implement, upgrade or improve the endpoint management infrastructure and related services.
  • Resolve escalations internally and to vendors where necessary, and provide technical documentation to the Operations and Optimisation Lead.


Required:

  • Practical knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure Administration including Microsoft Azure SSO Management.
  • MacOS and iOS support within a business environment
  • Minimum 1-2 Years experience in a Technician role, or similar.
  • Experience supporting MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Networking fundamentals/experience troubleshooting network issues
  • Strong GDPR knowledge
  • ​​Excellent written and verbal communication


Desired:

  • Experience in software support including Hubspot (CRM), Matomo, Azure DevOps, Bitwarden, Exclaimer
  • Software licensing experience (i.e. Microsoft 365, Google, Software)
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001
  • Experience with VPN clients
